  • Call to your doctor immediately in case you have unusual or severe stomach pain. This may be a sign of rare bowel disorder. Other side effects of pancrelipase are:
  • Fat loss;
  • Mild stomach ache or upset;
  • Greasy barstools;
  • Rectal tenderness;
  • Nausea or even vomiting;
  • Headache, dizziness;
  • Diarrhea or even constipation;
  • bloatedness or petrol;
